Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Manifest Lock application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manifest Lock ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Manifest Lock is a mobile application designed to help users build and maintain a daily manifestation and affirmation practice. The App may include features such as guided affirmations, intention setting, progress tracking, screen time awareness, journaling, reminders, and other related functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Manifest Lock offers the following subscription plans and in-app purchases to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual Plan: $39.99 per year, billed annually. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase of $99.99 (limited to the first 200 users).

The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free Trials: The Annual Plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

6. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall take precedence with respect to your use of the App as obtained through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Manifest Lock only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple").
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Manifest Lock, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries, custom affirmations, and intentions ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of Manifest Lock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Manifest Lock is a self-improvement tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manifest Lock and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manifest Lock and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, but will not renew.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

16. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any features thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
